Born in 80s USSR (Lithuania since 90s), in Russian speaking family, Anastasya was destined to reinvent her cultural identity every decade of her life. At 19 she moved to study in Jerusalem, at 26 - to Berlin. As a result, fluency in English, Hebrew, German, Russian and Lithuanian languages presented her a deep insight into different cultures and lifestyles. Nevertheless, it was the 90s post soviet vibe and survival lifestyle, which left a permanent trace in her perception and helped form her visual language.
